Refund policy

This English translation is provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Return period
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, for any reason. The sleeves must be unused and the box complete, in its original packaging. You will be asked for proof of purchase (order number).

If you live in the European Union, you always have the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.

How to make a return
Email us at retour@daytwo.gg with your order number and the boxes you want to return. If your return is accepted, we send you a prepaid return label and shipping instructions: return shipping is at our expense. Parcels sent back without a prior request cannot be accepted.

3- and 5-box bundles
Boxes bought in a bundle can be returned, in full or in part. Each returned box is refunded at the price you actually paid for it, bundle discount included: 9,50 € per box for a 3-box bundle, 9,00 € per box for a 5-box bundle.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If a box is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@daytwo.gg with a photo: we will offer you a replacement or a refund.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the simplest way is to return it and place a new order once the return has been accepted.

Refunds
We will let you know once we have received and inspected your return. If the refund is approved, it is made to your original payment method within 10 working days. How long it then takes to appear on your account depends on your bank. If you have not received anything 15 working days after your return was accepted, contact us at contact@daytwo.gg.
