If exceptional circumstances are likely to affect the processing or shipping of an order, DAY TWO will inform the customer as soon as possible.

3. Delivery methods

DAY TWO offers the following delivery methods:

Orders can be delivered directly to the address given by the customer when ordering.

Pickup point delivery with Chronopost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay

Orders can be delivered to an available pickup point in the delivery area selected by the customer.

The delivery methods actually available may depend on the delivery address and on the weight and characteristics of the order.

Pickup at an event: for certain events, Day Two offers free pickup of the order on site. This option is offered at checkout until the deadline shown on the website, while quantities last. The conditions (pickup, uncollected orders, event cancellation) are set out in Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

4. Delivery times

Delivery times are expressed in working days and start from the date the order is shipped.

The estimated delivery time after shipping is:

  • 2 to 5 working days for metropolitan France;
  • 3 to 7 working days for Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain.

These are the delivery times announced to the customer when ordering, subject to any events beyond DAY TWO's control or attributable to the carrier.

In any event, if delivery has not been made within the agreed time, the customer has the rights provided for by the French Consumer Code.

The maximum contractual delivery time is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise agreed with the customer or where circumstances legally justify a different time.

5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

They may vary depending on:

  • the delivery method chosen;
  • the weight of the parcel;
  • the total amount of the order;
  • the destination of the order.

The exact shipping cost is shown to the customer before the order is finally confirmed.

7. Order tracking

Once the order has shipped, a tracking number is sent to the customer by email.

The customer can use this number to follow the parcel with the carrier concerned.

Tracking information is provided by the carriers' systems and may be updated with a variable delay.

8. Delivery address

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when ordering, in particular the delivery address.

If an error in the address leads to a return, a new shipment or additional costs, DAY TWO may contact the customer to arrange reshipment.

9. Delay, loss or delivery incident

In the event of a significant delay, loss or incident concerning a parcel, the customer can contact DAY TWO at:

contact@daytwo.gg

DAY TWO will take the necessary steps with the carrier where this falls within its responsibility and will seek a solution in accordance with the applicable legal obligations.

The customer does not have to take any steps with the carrier themselves to assert their rights against DAY TWO.

10. Damaged parcel

If the parcel appears to have been damaged in transit, the customer is invited, where possible, to report it immediately to the carrier and to contact DAY TWO as soon as possible.

DAY TWO may ask the customer for the information needed to handle the case, in particular photographs of the parcel or of the products concerned.

This procedure does not limit the consumer's legal rights, in particular under the applicable legal guarantees.

11. Taxes and import duties

All destinations served are part of the European Union and its customs territory. No customs or import duties apply.

12. Important information

Delivery times are communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.

If a problem affects delivery, DAY TWO will do its best to inform the customer and find a solution as quickly as possible.

This Shipping policy does not modify or replace DAY TWO's Refund policy, which applies separately to returns, withdrawals and refunds.
